How to Print Labels & Template Support
Our templates can be downloaded from our website, using the following link.
If your document opens as a blank page, please complete the following steps.
On the Microsoft Word template, please click on the heading “Layout” then please click on “View Gridlines” to activate your desired template.
Open your template and complete the following steps on Microsoft Word if your document does not align once printed.
- Click on File.
- Click on Word Options / Options.
- Click on Advance Options / Advanced.
- Scroll down to a heading that says Print.
- Under this heading, only have ‘print in the background’ ticked. Then, untick any other items that are selected.
- Click Ok.
Ordering & Delivery
Our lead times once an online order is placed and payment has reflected, lead time is two working days.
Orders are typically processed within 24 hrs and then delivery takes 2-3 business days.
Our delivery fee for orders under R750.00 is R105.00. This is for orders within South Africa only.
We always strive to accommodate every customer’s delivery needs. However, there are occasions when a delivery address is located in an area where our couriers do not commonly operate. In such cases, additional charges may apply because these fees cannot be absorbed within our standard fee structure. If your delivery address falls into this category, we will contact you directly and provide you with the following options:
- Additional Fee Quote: We will provide you with a quote for the extra charges, which can be conveniently paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT).
- Self-Collection or Alternative Courier: You may choose to collect the order yourself or arrange for delivery through your preferred courier service.
- Full Refund: If none of the above options are suitable, you may opt to cancel the delivery and receive a full refund.

If your order has not been dispatched, we can arrange to change your order to the same value.
You can respond to your order email confirmation requesting a return. Once stock has been returned to the branch in its original Redfern packaging, we will advise on a credit request note.

Our laser labels mostly come in 100 sheets, and a few selected sizes contain 10 and 25 sheets.
The adhesive on our laser labels and colour codes are hotmelt. This adhesive adheres to most surfaces not containing recycled material.

Yes, we do, our Freezer range is available in a variety of shapes and sizes. This material is moisture-resistant, with an adhesive that has a temperature range from -40°C to 80°C.
When using home and office printers, the grippers of the printing press move the paper through by holding onto the leading edge of the sheet, known as the gripper edge or bleeding space. No printed ink can be printed in this leading-edge and creates a white border of 3-5mm around any size sheet.
